Through the years, we have received many requests for our recipes. A Taste of Laity Lodge is largely a collection of favorite recipes from the Laity Lodge kitchen and the Foundation staff. We also invited our guest program participants and the Resource Development Council members to contribute their favorite recipes.

We gratefully acknowledge and sincerely thank the contributors to this project. Many wonderful people submitted their favorite recipes, but we cannot guarantee that all of the recipes are original. We are confident, however, that some of these will become your favorites, too.

Since Laity Lodge opened in 1961, we have always had superb food-service personnel. Our hearty thanks to all of you who have given so generously of yourselves in this capacity.
